Exhibition "Jokonda"

" the THEME FOR IMPROVISATION "
Lokonda, perhaps, most " a known icon " second half second millenium: in itsher image the best minds of mankind were admired, its author has won fame unsurpassed, her smile and has remained a riddle forever...
In XX century Mona Liza has fallen a victim to pop - culture, frank fakes and advertising idols. In a result the art ideal of millenium was overtaken with destiny of fifth symphony Betkhoven in "transposition" for dialing mobile phones... Therefore the project can be considered and as the action in protection "Jokonda".
Have supported the project and have agreed to participation in it about twenty known Kharkov artists having a certain name and the usual creative biography, a circle of admirers (and buyers) frequently leaving far beyond Ukraine.
Conditions for participants were accepted easy: the author should express the attitude to a theme, achieving its modern sounding by means of painting on a canvas in the size of 80 sm to the greater side. Exceptions were made for Vladimir Chajki's oustanding Moscow diagram which with enthusiasm has responded to the project, and has wished to participate in it the poster.
